The anticipation is building in the hearts of believers everywhere. Can you feel it? Jesus the King is coming! Just like the signs in the eastern sky, we can see the signs of His approaching glory all around us. It won’t be long now before redemption draws near.
Just think about it – Jesus is quickly coming! Can you believe it? It seems like just yesterday we were learning about His birth in Bethlehem, and now we’re eagerly awaiting His glorious return. And you know what? I have a feeling it won’t be very long. It’s as if we can almost hear the sound of trumpets and the shouts of joy as we welcome our bridegroom, Jesus, into our lives once again.
Imagine that moment when we see our Savior face to face. It’s a moment we’ve dreamed about, a moment we’ve longed for. We will finally be able to see Him just as He is, and in that moment, we will be transformed. We will become like Him. What an incredible thought! Soon, I shall see my Savior, and like Him, I will be.
But it’s not just us who will experience this incredible transformation. All those who are asleep in Jesus, all those who have gone before us, will also be raised to life. We will be reunited with our loved ones, caught up together in the presence of God. What a glorious reunion that will be! We will join the bright, angelic throng, praising and worshiping our Lord for all eternity.
The prospect of this future is truly something to behold. Just imagine – throughout the eternal ages, Jesus will be forever ours. We will be heirs to the life immortal, joint rulers on His throne. We will partake in His glory and bask in His love. Jesus will be our very own.
And let us not forget to give glory where glory is due. Glory to God the Father, glory to Christ the Son, and glory to the Holy Spirit. It is through their grace and love that our redemption has been freely won. We owe everything to them, and in their presence, we will forever praise and thank them for their incredible sacrifice.
So as we wait for Jesus the King to come, let us hold onto this hope, this blessed assurance. Every day brings us one step closer to the fulfillment of this promise. Let us be filled with joy and excitement, knowing that soon we will see our Savior, and like Him, we will be. Let this hope ignite our hearts and fill our lives with purpose and love.
