Blessings Falling Round Us

Blessings falling ’round us like the summer show’rs,
Nature’s voices ringing thro’ the shady bow’rs,
Birds in tuneful measures singing glad and free,-
This is such a good world, and it just suits me.

Chorus:
It just suits me, it just suits me,
In ev’ry bud and blossom his love we see;
This world is good to live in, and sunny as can be;
Our heav’nly Father made it, and it just suits me.

Balmy breezes blowing where the streamlets glide,
Fragrant buds and blossoms in the grasses hide,
Rivers sweeping onward to the broad blue sea,-
This is such a good world, and it just suits me. [Chorus]

Mountain, hill and valley full of life and cheer,
Showing forth the mercies of our Father dear;
One of thankful praise my song shall ever be,-
This is such a good world, and it just suits me. [Chorus]
